Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project plans and specifications.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain a database of costs and pricing to support future estimates.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards during the estimation process.
• Provide support during project negotiations and bid submissions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any estimation-related queries.
