Job Description

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to gather necessary project information.
  • Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and update estimates based on design changes and project developments.
  • Prepare and present cost analysis reports to stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.
