Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements to determine labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Review and assess bid proposals and negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain cost databases to support future estimating activities.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates or adjustments as needed.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in cost estimation and reporting.
