Job Description

  • Analyze project plans and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for bids.
  • Identify and quantify cost factors such as time, materials, and labor.
  • Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions.
  • Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen conditions.
  • Provide support during contract negotiations as needed.
