The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, supporting the team in budgeting and planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring project success by analyzing costs and preparing detailed proposals.

Job Description

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates.
  • Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
  • Prepare and present cost summaries and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Review and adjust estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Research and source reliable cost data and vendor pricing.
  • Maintain records of past projects to assist in future estimating efforts.
  • Support the construction team in managing budgets and controlling costs.
