Job Description

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and time costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to assess project scope and budget.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Review and adjust estimates as project scopes evolve or change.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project cost estimates and budgets.
