Client is a lead education, municipal, and hotel commercial construction general contractor in Atlanta that is aiming to reinforce their estimating department with a talented Estimator.

Job Description

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project details.
  • Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids.
  • Identify potential cost-saving measures and risk factors in project planning.
  • Maintain and update cost databases for future reference and accuracy.
  • Present cost analysis and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all estimates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Estimator should have:

  • Local to Metro Atlanta
  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Commercial Construction
