The Lead Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities for a local data center project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to Project Managers, this role will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors and project teams, and drive the successful execution of this mission-critical construction project from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Work locally as a Lead Superintendent
  • Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and construction teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including logs and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively.
