Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction and energy infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, trade partners, and internal operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety initiatives.
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes and support field execution activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project performance and operational excellence.
  • Drive project outcomes that meet contractual obligations, client expectations, and company objectives.
  • Support construction activities across healthcare, education, manufacturing, hospitality, and other commercial sectors.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.



Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare or active hospital project experience.
  • Experience within higher education or educational facility construction.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) project experience.
  • Background in a skilled trade with exposure to construction management responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
