The organization is known for its hands-on approach, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality residential communities.Job DescriptionManage and oversee general contractors, acting as a key liaison between the development team and construction partners.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.Review construction schedules, budgets, change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, municipal officials, and subcontractors to resolve project issues.Assist in entitlement, permitting, and municipal approval processes as needed.Identify project risks and develop solutions to mitigate schedule delays and cost overruns.Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.Support both ground-up development projects and multifamily renovation/value-add initiatives.Provide regular project updates and reporting to company leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
