The organization is known for its hands-on approach, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality residential communities.Job DescriptionThe Construction Manager will report directly to the senior development and construction leadership team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of multifamily projects.Manage construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through completionCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersMonitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall performanceIdentify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and construction issuesSupport forecasting, change management, cost tracking, and financial reportingConduct site visits, inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure project complianceReview contractor pay applications and support timely processing of paymentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
