Job Description

The Construction Manager will report directly to the senior development and construction leadership team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of multifamily projects.

  • Manage construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and construction issues
  • Support forecasting, change management, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure project compliance
  • Review contractor pay applications and support timely processing of payments

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience managing multifamily, residential, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion
  • Experience reviewing project costs, change orders, and contractor payment applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the Southeastern United States
