Construction Multifamily Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to keep projects progressing efficiently.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and compliance records.
