Client is a commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio in the Southeast expanding their multifamily division.

Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Onsite PM/Superintendent should have:

  • Capable of being onsite as a blended PM/Superintendent
  • Experience managing construction projects, including on-site operations and team coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction projects.
