Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and schedules that align with client expectations.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to assess scope and requirements.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues during the preconstruction phase.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project plans and cost estimates effectively.
