Job Description

The Construction Project Administrator will:

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Act as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Organize and maintain project files and records for easy access and compliance.
  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing minutes.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
