Job Description

* Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved

* Oversee contracts, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation

* Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout construction

* Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively managing project risks

* Ensure compliance with public-sector requirements, safety standards, and quality control processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

* 5-10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction

* Experience delivering public, municipal, government, healthcare, K-12, higher education, or institutional projects

* Strong understanding of contracts, project controls, schedules, and project documentation

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

* Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ (flexible based on experience)
