Construction Project Manager - Commercial

• Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Review and manage contracts and change orders as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
