Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
