Job Description

The Safety Manager will:

  • Develop and implement safety programs tailored to construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns effectively.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have:

  • Experience with construction safety management in the property industry.
  • Relevant project experience within healthcare, life science and/or higher-education.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining safety documentation and reports.
