Job Description

* Develop, review, and maintain baseline schedules from preconstruction through project completion.

* Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive schedule updates, forecasting, and look-ahead planning.

* Analyze critical path activities, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies.

* Standardize scheduling procedures, templates, KPIs, and reporting across active projects.

* Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, executive reporting, and scheduling best-practice training.

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor.

* Strong experience with complex commercial construction projects.

* Proficiency with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also valued.

* Expertise in critical path methodology, procurement planning, and construction sequencing.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
