Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on a ground-up high-rise project
  • Develop, manage, and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and logistics plans
  • Oversee and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and field staff
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Drive look-ahead planning and proactively resolve jobsite challenges
  • Partner closely with Project Management to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectations
  • Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reporting
  • Manage complex vertical construction sequencing, including structural systems, curtainwall, MEP integration, and finishes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectors
  • Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years as a Lead/Senior Superintendent
  • Proven experience delivering at least one ground-up high-rise (multi-story) project
  • Strong background in structural concrete, steel, and vertical construction sequencing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multiple trades simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
  • Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 (or higher) certification preferred
