Their reputation is built on a collaborative, solutions driven mindset and a commitment to excellence, which has earned them long-standing client relationships and recognition as a top workplace.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations on a ground-up high-rise projectDevelop, manage, and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and logistics plansOversee and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and field staffEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standardsDrive look-ahead planning and proactively resolve jobsite challengesPartner closely with Project Management to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectationsConduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reportingManage complex vertical construction sequencing, including structural systems, curtainwall, MEP integration, and finishesMaintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectorsLead project closeout, punch list completion, and turnoverMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
