Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong industrial, higher-ed, and municipal portfolio in the southeast.

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Sr. Superintendent/General Superintendent should have:

· 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry as superintendent

· Projects in and around Atlanta

· Experience with interiors-based subcontractors

· Ideally construction experience with MOB or medical office building projects

· Experience in construction, mixed commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, higher education, senior living

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
