Construction Sr. Super/General Superintendent

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Lead on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols and best practices are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any potential issues.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Resolve any disputes or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
