In addition to their client service and project delivery, they also maintain a culture that cares about their employees with values that maintain an honest and inviting culture.Job DescriptionReview project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and implement construction schedules and time lines.Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.Conduct regular meetings with project team to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming tasks.Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for construction crew.Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies.Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders as requiredEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulationsFacilitate smooth transition and handover of the completed project to the client.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
