About Our Client

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their Office A Office construction division.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including schedules, reports, and safety records.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
