Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations
  • Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards
  • Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements
  • Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts
  • Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship
  • Review construction documents and collaborate with project management teams on RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records
  • Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability

The Successful Applicant



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
  • Experience managing commercial construction, multifamily construction, healthcare, industrial, education, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • OSHA training or related safety certifications preferred
