Construction Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Retail)

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for retail and interior projects
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily field operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and ownership teams
• Lead site meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve field issues
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure constructability
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project close-out
