They focus on luxury, high end projects in both the commercial and residneital sector, including single family homes, country clubs, healthcare, education, etc. They are seeking a strong ground up superintendent with local experience to join an exciting project!Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.Develop and maintain project schedules and daily work plans.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays.Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, engineers, and project management teams.Prepare daily reports documenting site progress, manpower, weather conditions, and project milestones.Lead site safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards.Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
