Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry based in Detroit. Commercial construction firm specializing in retail, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, office, and healthcare projects. The company provides preconstruction, construction management, design-build, and general contracting services, delivering ground-up developments and renovations with a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

What's on Offer

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
  • $20k-$25k Bonus
