Job Description

* Manage daily on-site commercial construction operations.
* Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
* Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines.
* Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
* Ensure quality control and specification adherence.
* Resolve field issues with project stakeholders.
* Coordinate site logistics, materials, and equipment.
* Prepare daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ Years of construction industry experience
  • 2+ years in a superintendent or foreman role
  • Track record of leading construction projects valued at $1M+
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both subcontractor and self-perform crews
  • Passion for high quality construction
