Job Description

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflows.
  • Monitor safety compliance and enforce regulations on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Travel as required to oversee multiple project sites.
