Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience on healthcare building and construction projects
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Consistent track record of strong site safety and clean safety records
  • Ability to lead trade partners, inspectors, and field teams effectively
  • Experience managing schedules, site logistics, and fast‑paced environments
  • Long-term mindset with interest in growth, ownership, and team culture
