Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain project timelines, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience on healthcare building and construction projects
OSHA 30 certification required
Consistent track record of strong site safety and clean safety records
Ability to lead trade partners, inspectors, and field teams effectively
Experience managing schedules, site logistics, and fast‑paced environments
Long-term mindset with interest in growth, ownership, and team culture
