About Our Client

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
