Job Description

  • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and ensure quality standards.
