Construction Superintendent - K-12 projects

• Lead day-to-day field operations for K-12 education and municipal construction projects
• Independently manage assigned jobsites from mobilization through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, look-ahead schedules, and sequencing plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and daily field activities
• Manage ground-up construction, renovations, additions, and occupied-campus work
• Coordinate project phasing to minimize disruption to active school environments
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation
• Conduct subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and regular field coordination
• Work closely with Project Managers to resolve schedule, constructability, and field challenges
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list completion, closeout, and final turnover
• Build strong relationships with project teams, trade partners, architects, and clients
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project execution
