Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to maintain project schedules.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce safety protocols at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to approved plans.
