About Our Client

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their education K-12 construction division.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans for accurate execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address challenges.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - K12 should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects within the K-12 education sector.

  • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction blueprints and project plans.
