Construction Superintendent - K12/Municipal Projects

• Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
• Monitor project progress and address potential challenges proactively.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to drive performance and efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and updates.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work in line with client expectations.
