Construction Superintendent - Light Industrial

• Manage day-to-day operations on light industrial construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee quality control and ensure construction standards are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
