We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the field execution of Class A office interior renovation and tenant improvement projects. This individual will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Local projects with little to no travel required.
  • Reputable GC of 35+ years in the industry.

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their Class A division.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and resolve construction issues.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage and document project-related reports and records efficiently.
  • Support the team to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
