About Our Client

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is looking to expand their local superintendent division.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any delays or issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specified requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding site updates.
  • Implement and enforce site-specific policies and procedures.
