Construction Superintendent - Mixed Commercial

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee and guide construction teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project plans.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and address project-specific requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
