• Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes at all times.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
