Construction Superintendent - Multifamily

• Lead daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Address and resolve issues to minimize delays and maintain project quality.
• Supervise and manage site personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
