Construction Superintendent - Orlando

• Supervise all aspects of on-site construction, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant team members.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction activities.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports and progress logs.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
