About Our Client

Top Savannah General Contractor looking to expand their superintendent division. Looking for broad commercial with projects ranging from $5M - $25M.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
