Job Description

    • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain schedules and budgets.
    • Enforce quality control and jobsite safety standards.
    • Conduct project scheduling, planning, and progress tracking.
    • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and trade partners.
    • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and punch list completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within client expectations.
    • Travel throughout the Southeast to oversee active projects.

The Successful Applicant

    • Experience as a Superintendent on retail, restaurant, automotive, convenience store,QSR, or other light commercial construction projects.
    • Ground-up and renovation experience preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules in occupied or active environments.
    • Comfortable traveling extensively throughout the Southeast.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience with construction software and Microsoft Office preferred.
    • Candidates based in Georgia are strongly preferred.
