Construction Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address any challenges that arise.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction standards and specifications are met.
