Construction Superintendent

• Large scale commercial construction experience on projects up to $10M is a must
• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
• Identify and resolve any potential project delays or challenges proactively.
• Monitor and manage the use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
